EXCEPTIONS:
- Stale (spoiled) fuel
- Engine low on oil or incorrect fuel mixture
- Diesel in fuel tank
- Dirt or water in carburetor or fuel tank
- Bent crankshaft or lawnmower blade
- Problems not related to original repairs
